Every piece of mechanical equipment requires periodic check ups to keep it running at peak performance. Our preventative maintenance services help you ensure your product keeps its value and waste stays to a minimum. During a preventative maintenance visit potential emergencies can be identified and remedied before you lose product or your customers feel like they’re shopping in a sauna. By maintaining your equipment proactively, you also avoid costly emergency after-hours calls.
How does it work?
1 – We set up a time to visit your facility and thoroughly inventory all of your equipment. Our initial assessment and quote are always free of charge.
2 – We provide you with recommendations on what maintenance should be performed and how often to keep your equipment running at peak performance.
3 – During each scheduled visit we take readings on your equipment and perform all scheduled maintenance. Any emergency issues that are found will be reported to you immediately (refrigerant leaks, compressor failure, etc.). Any non-urgent issues will be reported back to you on a quote with repair cost – you can approve or decline repairs on this quote line by line.
